Vanilla Coffee STOUT and Apple Cider


Two beautiful drinks that I have made. Apple Cider and Coffee Vanilla Stout. As always I am trying to get extraordinary flavors. This time I add to my Stout vanilla pod, orange peel and 3 table spoons with coffee

Cider is semi-sweet with soft bubbles came from extra sugar during bottling. Vine material came from this post tank Nr.4

Beer is made from basic Coopers stout extract

Fermentation start: 25.11.2012

Botteled: 05.12.2012

Original gravity: 1040

Final gravity: 1004

Sugar: Dextrose 1kg

Additional ingredients: vanilla pod, orange peel and 3 table spoons with coffee

Notes: Coffee is too much and it is still to young for complete flavor – lets see after 3 months
