Beer brewing (Sparkling ALE and Pilsener)


These two bees came out in December 2011. Both of them are extreme. I add ingredients like mint, cade tree, dry and wet hopping. If you are adding mint be patient and modest because first 4 months beer just smells and you think that there is some infection, but really beer is in maturation process

We are talking about Coopers Sparkling ALE and Pilsener

Both of bees are drinkable and specific – Sparkling ale is Hoppy and Pilsener Minty. Serve  them at +4C.
